We’re partnering with a well-established small animal hospital in Epsom, NH, seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their friendly and progressive team. This is a truly supportive, single-site hospital where you’ll find modern equipment, a close-knit culture, and the freedom to practice the kind of medicine you believe in.

This busy clinic, situated near the Suncook River, serves a loyal client base of dogs, cats, and small mammals. The hospital is led by a highly experienced DVM who’s been running the practice solo for several years and is now eager to welcome a second doctor to share a diverse caseload. The team includes a full-time CVT, veterinary assistants a dedicated CSR, and a proactive Practice Manager — all of whom foster a welcoming and efficient working environment.

The hospital features three exam rooms, a surgical suite, a treatment area, and an upstairs X-ray room, complemented by updated digital radiography and diagnostic tools supported by Rarebreed technology. The clinic also offers acupuncture, rehabilitation, and chiropractic services for clients seeking holistic options. There’s genuine flexibility for a new graduate to receive mentorship, or for an experienced DVM to bring leadership and new ideas to the team.

You’ll enjoy a balanced schedule alternating between surgery and appointments, with no weekend or on-call duties. Compensation is competitive with a strong pro / sal model and an incentive bonus up to $75,000.

About You

  • DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
  • You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in New Hampshire
  • Passionate about high-quality medicine and client communication
  • Team-oriented with a positive, flexible approach to work
  • Enjoy working at pace and handling a varied caseload
  • Confident to perform surgeries, or willing to develop
