Where's The Scoop? in Alpharetta, GA is looking for one cashier and ice cream roller to join our 11 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Seeking for Part Time or Full Time

Where's The Scoop in Alpharetta is looking for an individual that is neat in appearance, has a smile on their face, pleasant to talk to, provides excellent customer service and is willing to work hard.

Responsibilities

Greeting customers while offering excellent customer service attention

Taking, creating and presenting orders

Requesting and receiving payment, operating the cash register

Cleaning in accordance to our company’s sanitary standards including but not limited to : sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning walls, tables, counters, cleaning ice cream dishes and service equipment.

Cleaning the customer service area, removing trash

Assisting new crew members in learning their new job skills

Need to learn how to make roll ice cream

Backing up other crew members in their jobs, assisting in any area to ensure that the orders are being created and delivered to customers in a timely manner.

Crew members should be proficient in more than one area of responsibility and may not always work the same job function or schedule each day.

Qualifications

Must be 16 years of age

Must be able to follow directions

Must be able to provide their own transportation to and from work

Must be able to follow all safety procedures

Must be able to handle high pressure situations

Must have good communication skills

Available shifts and compensation : We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $9.00 - $14.00 / hour.
