Responsibilities

Provide direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming in accordance with individualized care plans

Assist residents with mobility and ensure comfort and safety

Collaborate with Charge Nurses and interdisciplinary team members

Deliver care to residents with therapeutic, neurological, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care needs

Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with all care standards

Perform additional duties as needed to support resident well-being

Qualifications

Active CNA certification from a State-approved program (documentation required)

High school diploma or GED preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills
