We are seeking a Senior Partnership Manager International Recruiting Agencies (all genders) based remotely within Germany.
Your mission with us :
You will be part of Lingoda's International Partnerships team, responsible for building, managing, and optimizing relationships with a global network of international recruiting agencies. Your mission is to ensure that Lingoda's partnerships deliver high-quality learner referrals, support strategic growth, and align with the company's broader business objectives particularly in the context of international talent mobility and education.
Your tasks :
Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with international recruiting agencies and partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact , proactively addressing partner needs and fostering collaboration.
Develop and implement strategies to manage and grow the agency network effectively.
Segment and prioritize agencies to ensure optimal resource allocation and performance focus.
Analyze performance metrics such as learner quality, conversion rates, and retention, using dashboards and reporting tools.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, analytics) to align partner activities with company goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Conduct performance reviews with agencies, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
Represent Lingoda at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to strengthen collaboration and visibility.
You bring to Lingoda :
An advanced degree in Business Administration, Relationship Management, Key Account Management, or a related field.
Significant experience in partnership or stakeholder management, ideally within international recruitment or education.
Strong analytical and strategic skills , with proven experience in using data to inform decision-making.
Familiarity with CRM tools , such as HubSpot.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills , with the ability to build trust and maintain productive relationships across cultures.
A results-oriented mindset , focused on continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.
German : C1 level or native proficiency.
English : B2 level or higher.
