Job Description :

Entegris is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export and Import Specialist to support our US trade operations. This role ensures compliance with international trade regulations, facilitates efficient cross-border shipments, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to optimize compliance and minimize risk.

Key Responsibilities :

Export Operations :

• Prepares and submits Electronic Export Information (EEI) via the Automated Export System (AES) for all applicable export shipments in accordance with regulatory timelines
• Screen customers and destinations against denied party lists and embargoed countries.
• Manage GTS compliance, releasing blocked documents and resolving issues with customer service, product management, and shipping.
• Support the issuance of export licenses and track license usage and expiration.
• Other activities as requested.
