Associate Director of Project Management
The purpose of this position is responsible for project management services within an assigned client account to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Key project delivery focus areas include scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management. Project portfolio will primarily consist of renovations and recapitalization of pharmaceutical research laboratories and associated MEP facility support services. This role is onsite in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Previous experience in a leadership role considered a plus, although not required. A basic understanding of GxP (Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices, Good Clinical Practices) within the pharmaceutical sector is preferred. Working knowledge of pharmaceutical chemistry and biology research laboratories is preferred.
Certificates and / or Licenses
PMP (US and / or Canada) and LEED AP preferred
