APP Orthopedics

Washington State

Position Highlights :

  • Hospital-employed group includes 2 APPs and an orthopedic surgeon
  • 4-Day Workweek
  • Office / Walk-In appointments, First Assist, and inpatient rounding responsibility

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Starting salary : $120K-$150K
  • wRVU productivity bonus
  • Signing Bonus : $30K
  • Student loan repayment
  • Relocation : $15K
  • PTO : 42 days annually (includes 5 days for CME and 7 paid holidays)
  • Health / Dental / Vision : 100% of premiums for employee and 85% for dependents
  • Retirement : annual employer contribution of 8.4% of your gross salary (starts after 1-year anniversary)

    • Qualifications :

  • Degree : Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Certifications : Board Eligible or Board Certified
  • Licensure : Must have an active or be able to obtain a Washington State license
  • Experience : New grads and experienced candidates equally welcome to apply
