Medical Billing Representative

A company is looking for a PI Billing Representative II.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and rectify billing issues in collaboration with the Supervisor

Research and update patient demographic information and handle patient billing inquiries

Submit claims to insurance companies and manage collections on unpaid accounts

Required Qualifications

High School diploma with one or more years of experience

Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and medical billing preferred

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Proficient in telephone etiquette

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and sit for prolonged periods
