HomePro is seeking a skilled Install Technician in the fields of Security, AV, and Networking to join our vibrant team. If you are someone passionate about technology and customer satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.

Role Overview

This position involves the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security, audio-visual (AV), and networking systems in residential and commercial spaces to meet clients' high expectations and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure security, AV, and networking systems based on customer requirements
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and perform repairs where necessary to ensure optimal system performance
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers
  • Keep detailed logs of work performed and inventory used
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during all installations and repairs
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience

    • Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency in security systems, AV setup, and network configurations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

    • Education & Experience

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Relevant certifications in security systems, networking, or AV technologies are a plus

    • Work Environment

    The position involves working both indoors and outdoors, potentially in various weather conditions. Physical demands include standing, lifting, and using tools for an extended period.
