A company is looking for an Executive Director of Software Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead alignment of roles and drive Agile transformation to enhance product delivery
Modernize legacy systems into cloud-native architectures and improve release cadence
Utilize data-driven metrics to drive accountability and deliver measurable revenue growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
20+ years of Software Engineering experience in a SaaS environment, including 7+ years in leadership roles
Proven success leading large global teams (50+) and expertise in AWS and Kubernetes
Demonstrated experience in migrating legacy systems to cloud-native architectures
Strong technical judgment with a track record of using metrics to guide decisions
