Financial Reporting Manager

A company is looking for a Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager to lead financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements ensuring compliance with US GAAP and other applicable frameworks

Manage the preparation and filing of regulatory filings with the SEC and coordinate with auditors

Lead a team of accounting professionals and implement process improvements for reporting efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CPA preferred)

Minimum of 5-7 years in financial reporting or public accounting

Strong background in preparing and filing SEC or equivalent regulatory financial reports

Experience using financial reporting software like NetSuite

Understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and financial disclosure requirements
