A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Sales Analytics to drive data-informed decision-making across its global sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Translate complex data into actionable insights for sales leadership and revenue decisions
Design and develop Power BI dashboards to track performance metrics across go-to-market functions
Lead analysis to identify trends and performance drivers, presenting insights to executive stakeholders
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
Deep expertise in Power BI and advanced Excel modeling; experience with Salesforce preferred
Strong understanding of sales processes and go-to-market motions
A data-driven mindset with the ability to explain insights and recommend actions
Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills
