Bilingual RN / BSN - Tampa

MaxHealth in Tampa is looking to hire a full-time, highly-motivated RN / BSN to join our team. The RN / BSN will provide direct patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a positive patient experience. This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to providing high-quality care. service-oriented and can multitask with ease!

Candidate must be bilingual English and Spanish.

Location : East Fletcher, Tampa

Normal hours of operation are Monday- Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health conditions, conduct physical examinations, and record observations.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to established protocols.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, pain levels, and overall health status.
• Administration of IV
• Educate patients and families about their condition, treatment plan, and self-care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare team members to provide coordinated care.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Other duties as assigned.
