Position : Director of Business Development

Salary : $100,000 - $125,000 / YR DOE

Location : Three Rivers Care , 1305 Alexander St., Centralia, WA 98531

What You'll Do :

• Act as a brand ambassador for Caldera Care, building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources in the community
• Foster strategic partnerships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and social workers
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop business strategies and improve referral processes
• Organize and participate in community events to raise awareness of our services and build meaningful connections
• Drive census and skilled mix growth through proactive business development initiatives and outreach
