Influencer & Affiliate-Marketing Manager : in - TikTok Shop (m / w / d)

Wir sehen TikTok Shop als Game-Changer für den deutschen Markt - darum sind wir früh exklusiver TikTok Shop Partner geworden.

Zur Verstärkung suchen wir ab sofort eine / n Influencer & Affiliate-Marketing Manager : in (m / w / d) mit Fokus auf TikTok Shop.

Unsere Mission : Brands dabei zu helfen, das explosive Wachstum von TikTok Shop zu nutzen und authentische Creator-Partnerschaften aufzubauen, die Sales generieren.

  • Creator Akquise & Relationship Management :
  • Identifikation und Akquise von gewinnbringenden TikTok Creator : innen für unsere Partner-Brands
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines starken Creator : innen-Netzwerks mit Fokus auf TikTok Shop Performance
  • Verhandlung von fairen Vergütungsmodellen mit Creator : innen
  • Campaign Management & Strategy :
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von datengetriebenen TikTok Shop Kampagnen
  • Erstellung von detaillierten Creator-Briefings für optimale Conversion-Performance
  • Strategische Planung von Product Seeding und Live-Shopping Events
  • Performance & Analytics :
  • Analyse und Reporting deiner Creator-Kooperationen anhand relevanter KPIs
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Creator-Performance durch A / B-Testing

DAS KANNST DU :

  • Du lebst und atmest TikTok und verstehst die Dynamiken von Social Commerce
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit TikTok Shop oder anderen Social Shopping Plattformen gesammelt
  • Du kennst die Creator-Economy und weißt, wie erfolgreiche Partnerschaften funktionieren
  • Du hast ausgezeichnete Verhandlungsfähigkeiten und ein Gespür für Win-Win-Situationen
  • Du hast starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Zahlenaffinität für Performance-Tracking
  • Du bist Kommunikationsstark und hast die Fähigkeit, langfristige Beziehungen aufzubauen
