We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in peoples lives. As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrow.

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
  • Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
  • Provideexceptional customer service.
  • Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
  • Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
  • Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Create relationships from a cold start.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
