Fi is looking for a Midweight Designer! We’re looking for a Midweight Designer with outstanding conceptual and systems-based design capabilities, as well as strong animation skills to join our creative team.

This role is for an experienced designer who’s equally comfortable with production precision and creative concepts and exploration—someone who can think big, present convincingly, execute cleanly, move fast, and still find moments to push the work further.

Responsibilities :

• Design : Creating holistic brand systems, shaping campaigns, brand communications, and digital experiences
• Motion and Animation : Supplement ongoing design work with sharp motion graphics that can really make our overall design sing
• Support campaigns : Bring concepts to life across video, social, web, email, and paid channels
• Handle day-to-day requests : Field marketing and lifecycle design needs, delivering production-ready assets on time and on brand
• Adapt & extend creative : Resize, reformat, and iterate on existing assets while maintaining brand consistency
• Strengthen the system : Help refine Fi’s motion and design guidelines to ensure a cohesive identity across channels
• Collaborate cross-functionally : Partner with designers, copywriters, and marketing leads to deliver polished, effective work
