Consistently provide superior guest service to both the internal and external customers while maintaining all standards of cleanliness throughout hotel as directed. Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist.

Ability to communicate with hotel guests, announcing arrival at door, and comprehending special requests from guests. Ability to inspect and maintain areas for which responsible. Must be able to use the equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, vacuum, cleaning supplies and safety equipment. Ability to effectively and efficiently move around work area. Ability to be physically mobile, and stand/walk for 8 to 12-hour shifts. Excellent guest service and communication skills. Must be able to work in areas containing dust, secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibrations, crowds and air quality. Must present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
Ability to clean as directed at an acceptable performance rate.
