Were partnered with a reputable civil engineering firm located in Savannah, GA. They are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in civil site design, particularly with water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have experience producing residential plans, working with residential clients, and managing projects in a consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage multiple projects for various clients, ensuring timely completion within budget
  • Develop proposals, prepare fee estimates, and visit clients, job sites, and consultant offices as needed
  • Coordinate with other disciplines, supervise engineers and technicians, and track projects in accounting software
  • Create scopes of work, communicate with clients, and monitor project progress

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
  • 3+ years of experience in designing public and private projects, including residential design plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Autocad, preferably Civil 3D
  • Business development skills, strong leadership qualities, and understanding of business financial information
  • Previous experience working with residential clients in a consulting environment
  • Strong understanding of civil site design and infrastructure projects
  • Experience with project management, including scope, schedule, and budget development
