Director of Operations

A company is looking for a Director of BizOps to design and run the operating system of a fast-scaling business.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage company-wide OKRs, quarterly planning, and executive reviews

Own and define the company scorecard, ensuring data quality and alignment

Design and scale systems in collaboration with Data Engineering and Analytics teams

Required Qualifications

5 to 8+ years in BizOps, Strategy, or Operations, including 2+ years in a scaling startup

Strong analytical skills with experience in spreadsheets and BI tools

Proven ability to design scalable systems and close operational loops

Experience in leading multi-team initiatives with clear accountability

Familiarity with GTM tools and BI tools is a plus
