Descripción del trabajoShift Differential : $3.00 / hour for hours worked between 2 : 00pm-6 : 00pm Shift Differential : $5.00 / hour for hours worked between 6 : 00pm-6 : 00am Weekend Differential : $1.00 for hours worked on Saturday & Sunday Paid Time Off Full Benefits Package including FREE Health Clinic if on our insurance plan Dental Vision Company paid life insurance 403B with company match Referral Bonus Holiday pay + paid day off for your birthday Flexible Schedules to fit your needs! Resident Care : Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assessment : Conduct regular assessments of residents' physical and mental health status, document findings, and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician. Care Planning : Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents. Medication Management : Administer medications accurately and timely, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to medication protocols. Emergency Response : Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate care and interventions until additional medical help arrives. Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including charting resident progress, treatments, and any changes in condition. Communication : Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Supervision : Oversee and guide nursing assistants and other support staff in providing quality care to residents. Education : Provide health education and counseling to residents and their families regarding medical conditions, treatments, and wellness practices. Compliance : Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies. Education : Graduate from an accredited LPN program. Licensure : Current and valid LPN license in the state of employment. Experience : Prior experience in a senior living, long-term care, or similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required. Skills : Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems. Attributes : Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care to seniors.
