About The Position

Job Title : Resource Pool Nurse

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in charge experience required

License : Active RN license required

Certifications : BLS and ACLS required

Must-Have :

Epic charting experience required

Ability to work in all PCU and MS units

Experience managing patient ratios of 5 : 1 in PCU and 6 / 7 : 1 in MS

Description :

Resource Pool Registered Nurse for a night shift position.

The nurse will work three 12-hour night shifts with the potential for additional shifts by request.

Employees must be comfortable working in all PCU and Medical-Surgical units.

Nurses may be pulled or floated to any unit in need based on staffing needs every four hours.

Certifications in BLS and ACLS are mandatory.

Previous experience with Epic charting is required.

The nurse will manage patient loads according to set ratios.

Strong clinical skills in critical care are necessary, including proficiency in blood product administration and care of ventilated patients.

Teams collaborate with various interdisciplinary support services to provide comprehensive patient care.

The nurse may be required to float to different shifts and units as needed.

Flexibility and adaptability to varying patient needs and care environments are essential.
