Engineering Manager, SDET

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, SDET.

Key Responsibilities

Coach, mentor, and grow a cross-functional, remote-first team of exceptional SDETs

Establish testing best practices and serve as the product owner for real-world customer testing scenarios

Lead project implementation from idea formulation through design, implementation, and testing

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading a distributed team in a fast-paced, agile environment

Experience hiring, training, and mentoring high-performing SDETs

Hands-on experience establishing testing strategies and defining quality metrics for SaaS and customer-managed products

Experience in testing high-performance, scalable distributed systems

BS in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent practical experience with 10+ years in the industry, including 4+ years in a technical leadership role
