Clinical Project Lead

This role is pivotal in driving clinical trial delivery and accelerating the development of life-changing treatments.

Project Leads are integral to clinical trial execution, serving as strategic partners to clinical teams and sponsors. As a Clinical Project Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of clinical studies, ensuring quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness. You'll leverage your therapeutic expertise and IQVIA's suite of solutions to lead cross-functional teams and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional or global clinical trials, with a focus on Immuno-Oncology and Cell & Gene Therapy.
• Develop and implement integrated study management plans.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with contractual obligations, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive operational excellence, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Monitor project progress and financial performance, identifying opportunities for acceleration and improvement.
• Mentor and support project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Participate in bid defenses and contribute to business development efforts.
