JOB FUNCTION
Oversees all aspects of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment and Wave soldering machines and processes, including maintenance, repair, optimization, and continuous improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and document operation and preventive maintenance procedures for SMT and wave machines.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of SMT equipment, as well as assisting with asset management.
- Perform preventive maintenance for SMT machines.
- Create and maintained machine spare parts.
- Provide training to technician and operator on SMT machines.
- Design and implement new tools to help improve quality and productivity.
- Provide engineering support to production lines.
- Coordinate facilities work with the division.
