As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a strong, visible presence throughout a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Pay Rate : $18.30 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Fri 10 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM

Sat 10 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, keeping in mind the unique needs of a tech, media, and telecom environment.

Monitor for and report any suspicious activity or hazards to management or appropriate personnel.

Maintain thorough and accurate records of incidents, patrols, and activities as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to employees, visitors, and guests at the location.

Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related matters as needed.

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
