We need an Activities Director with passion, creativity, and a whole lot of heart — someone ready to craft unforgettable experiences that bring joy, movement, and connection to every resident.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It) :

Create and lead fun, therapeutic, and engaging programs that make every day feel special

Design activities that balance purpose with play — from cozy crafts to high-energy happenings

Manage the recreation budget like a pro — every dollar sparking maximum joy

Motivate, mentor, and manage a rockstar team of assistants and volunteers

Keep things fresh with new ideas that light up our community and lift every spirit

What You Bring to the Party :

Previous experience in activities — SNF experience a big plus (but we’ll train a rising star!)

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation (or a similar field)

3+ years of experience leading fun-filled programs or team initiatives

CTRS certification (or equivalent) preferred
