Senior Data Analyst - HEDIS Reporting

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst - HEDIS Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead HEDIS lifecycle validation and submission process

Develop, maintain, and automate HEDIS measure reporting using analytical tools

Design dashboards and reports to track and trend HEDIS performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in data science, data analytics, or a technology-related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare data analytics, with at least 2 years focused on HEDIS or quality measurement reporting

Proficiency in SQL and / or other analytics tools (e.g., Data Bricks, Python)

Strong understanding of healthcare data structures

Familiarity with NCQA specifications and healthcare analytics best practices is preferred
