Descripción del trabajoAdminister medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wound care as prescribed by physicians or therapists. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques, exercises, and post-discharge care plans to maintain progress at home. Document patient progress accurately and adjust care plans as needed based on clinical outcomes or therapy advancements. The role is based in hospitals or rehabilitation facilities where RNs work closely with patients recovering from surgeries, strokes, or chronic conditions requiring intensive therapy support. This position demands patience, compassion, and physical stamina as it involves assisting patients through challenging recovery processes daily. In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care focused on recovery and improving quality of life for patients undergoing rehabilitation therapies.
