Position Overview : Immediate Openings for Caregivers who are compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA), ideally with a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA). As a Caregiver, you will provide essential non-medical care for individuals in their homes. You will support clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Key Responsibilities :
• Personal Care Assistance : Help clients with eating, dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility.
• Medication Reminders : Ensure clients follow their prescribed medication schedules.
• Home Exercise Support : Assist with home-based exercise programs as directed.
• Basic Health Monitoring : Report any physical or emotional changes to the supervising nurse.
• Daily Activities : Accompany clients on walks and provide companionship.
• Meal Preparation : Prepare simple, nutritious meals for clients.
• Light Housekeeping : Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including tasks such as laundry, tidying, and dishwashing.
• Safety and Communication : Monitor the client's safety, address concerns proactively, and communicate any issues promptly to the care team or family.
• Basic Wound Care Support : Reinforce simple dressings as needed. Qualifications :
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, empathetic, and attentive to detail.
• Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and daily tasks.
• Prior experience in caregiving or home health is preferred but not required.
