Reports to : Director of Custom Surgical Pack Operations

Join a dedicated team that supports healthcare professionals by assembling the surgical packs that make patient care possible. We're seeking a dependable, detail-focused Pack Ops Technician I-Temp to help ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency in our Pack Operations Department.

What You'll Do

  • Assemble, wrap, and package custom surgical packs following detailed maps and guidelines
  • Inspect components for quality, safety, and accuracy before packaging
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including daily sanitation and preventative maintenance
  • Collaborate with your team in daily huddles, problem-solving, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Follow LeeSar policies, standard work processes, and attendance guidelines
  • Support productivity goals while ensuring fewer than 2 customer-impacting defects annually

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 6 months – 1 year of previous assembly / packing experience (preferred)
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently enough to perform job duties
  • Physical ability to lift 35–50 lbs (with assisting devices for heavier loads)
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills

    Job Type : Full-Time, Non-Exempt

  • Pay : $15.50 / Hour
  • Schedule : Full-Time, On-Site | Hours are M-F, 6 : 00AM to 2 : 30PM
  • Work Environment : Fast-paced, production-based with required PPE
