Job Title : Merchandising Data & Operations Coordinator

Location : Dallas, TX 75237 (On-site)

Reports To : Assistant to Manager of Store Sales

Schedule : Monday through Friday

Position Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Merchandising Data & Operations Coordinator across our retail locations. This in-office role will play a key part in sales data management, inventory planning, market preparation, and communication with store personnel.

Key Responsibilities :

Merchandising Support

  • Set up and update pricing structures in alignment with sales initiatives and strategies.
  • Maintain and update sales analysis spreadsheets for review and strategic planning.
  • Distribute sales information and updates to store locations on a regular basis.
  • Assist in preparation for Furniture Market events and participate in follow-up processes.
  • Create and input new SKUs from the furniture market into internal systems.
  • Communicate with store personnel to address merchandising inquiries.
  • Update Point of Sale price sheets and various store-facing information documents.
  • Assist in developing clearance pricing strategies for slow-moving inventory.
  • Order and manage merchandising materials for stores (e.g., fabric swatches, Val Pak items).
  • Manage the stock purchasing process and supervise floor sample coordination.
  • Generate reports for inventory management and sales performance.
  • Assist in preparation for store setup during new store openings or major resets.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Receivables experience
  • Data Entry experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Experience using POS Systems
  • Experience in a retail environment; experience in merchandising is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to in-house systems and point-of-sale programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with using a variety of applications and technology to streamline workflows.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Must be able to manage timely and professional communication via email and text.
  • Additional Information :

  • This is a full-time, in-office position based in Dallas, TX 75237.
  • Regular work hours are Monday through Friday.
