Maintenance & Technical Instructor

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance & Technical Instructor to join our Training & Development team. This role is crucial for preparing our technical staff to expertly handle the maintenance and operation of energy systems in alignment with industry standards and latest practices. Develop and deliver technical training materials related to maintenance and operation of energy systems. Assess training needs and skill gaps of the maintenance staff and develop tailored programs to address these. Coordinate with different department heads to ensure training materials are up-to-date with the latest operational procedures and regulatory requirements. Conduct on-site training sessions and workshops at multiple company locations. Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements to enhance learning and compliance. Maintain records of training activities and employee progress. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technology in the energy sector to ensure high relevance and impact of training materials. Strong understanding of energy systems, including electrical, gas, and renewable technologies. Proficient in developing and delivering technical training programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze and transform complex information into easy-to-understand training materials. Adept at using various teaching methodologies and tools.
