Job Details

  • Position / Specialty : CVPICU RN
  • Start Date : Feb / March
  • Shift : 3x12 Nights
  • Years of experience Req : 2 Years
  • First-timers accepted : Yes / w 2+ years of experience
  • Weekend Req : Yes
  • Call Req : No
  • Floating within Hospital : Yes, Float to NICU and Pediatric Units
  • Floating to sister Hospitals : No
  • Open to accommodating block schedule : No – unless posting states otherwise
  • Locals accepted : Yes
  • Pending License accepted : Yes – Application needs to be submitted and received by licensing board to qualify
  • RTO Restrictions : All time off requests must be outlined at the time of submission.

    • Job Requirements

  • 2 Years of experience required
  • BLS certification required
  • PALS certification required
  • NRP preferred
  • Pending License accepted

    • Schedule Information

  • Shift : 3x12 Nights
  • Weekend Requirement : Yes

    • Unit Specific Information

  • The 8N Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (8N PICU) at Doernbecher Children's Hospital is a 20 bed unit specially equipped to provide care to critically ill or injured pediatric patients from birth to young adulthood.

    • Additional Details

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required. Must be presented on first day to obtain OHSU ID badge.
  • All time off requests must be outlined at the time of submission.
