Overview Senior Visual Designer role at PIP Labs for the Story brand. This position focuses on brand and web design to elevate Story’s creative presence across touchpoints. It is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of projects, requiring independent work in fast-paced environments and polished design that reflects the brand direction.

What you'll do Deliver high-quality design across web, campaigns, social, events, and community touchpoints

Lead creative execution for major launches and activations (e.g. ETHDenver, Korea Blockchain Week)

Translate brand direction into clear, consistent visuals across multiple formats, both digital and physical

Work closely with marketing, content, and community teams to deliver effective design solutions that balance creativity and clarity

Contribute to evolving Story’s brand system, ensuring consistency while leaving space for creative expression

Bring strong communication to feedback loops, collaborating effectively with both design and non-design stakeholders

Who we're looking for 5+ years of experience in visual or brand design, with a focus on web and digital-first execution

A strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaign work, and polished marketing design

Independent and reliable, able to take a project from concept to delivery without heavy oversight

Strong communicator who can present ideas clearly and adapt based on feedback

Comfortable working in North American time zones for collaboration

Curiosity about crypto / web3 and the future of internet-native creative economies

Bonus Points Experience with web3 or emerging tech brands

Exposure to large-scale cultural or community events

Agency background with recognizable brand work
