Key Responsibilities
As a Guest Experience Shift Lead, you'll be the go-to person on shift inspiring your team, solving problems, and ensuring guests have a magical time!
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or GED. 6+ months experience in attractions, entertainment, or hospitality (preferred). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for guest service. Able to adapt in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Comfortable using standard office tools and software.
Other Essentials
Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings & holidays. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move around the attraction. Work in a variety of indoor / outdoor environments. Committed to safety for guests and team members alike. May require local travel occasionally.
