Descripción del trabajoLeads each shift at a high level, by coaching crew and other managers to work together as a team to provide an outstanding guest experience. Role-models leadership behaviors at all times. Ensures high levels of quality, service, cleanliness, and accuracy when leading shifts Ensures 100% guest satisfaction, while also being results-oriented to take measures around safety, security, inventory, and profitability. Never stops learning by cultivating and encouraging training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant. Lead the department in which you're assigned, whether it's Kitchen, Guest Service, or People. The Guest Service Department Manager's responsibilities may include making sure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are done well, that all service staff are trained in service procedures, and that the Front Counter McCaf and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service. The Kitchen Department Manager's responsibilities may include making sure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, and fast, that food is always safe, that food cost is controlled, and that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new items that are added to the menu. The People Department Manager's responsibilities may include making sure the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. This manager's responsibilities may also include making sure the crew get off to a good start at the restaurant and that they are recognized and motivated throughout their time working there. An ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and in a friendly tone. Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members). Willing to challenge yourself to learn more and be better every single day. Strong customer service and support focus. To provide solutions, make decisions, and anticipate customer needs. Reporting to work dressed professionally in your required uniform. A flexible work schedule that may include nights or weekends based on what shift you are available and hired for. Open to learning all aspects of service and kitchen procedures. Communication skills that foster positive engagements with our guests Empowerment that allows you to make important decisions that will impress every guest. Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
Pay rates starting at :
$16.50 - $18.50 / hour
