Job Title : Part-Time Daily Living Support (DLS)

Location : Limington, Maine

Salary : Up to $26 per hour + $300 sign-on bonus

Work Type : In-home & community-based support

Shift : Varies (Part-Time Scheduling)

Responsibilities :

• Provide individualized support to adult clients in their homes and surrounding communities
• Deliver supervision and therapeutic support to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
• Safely transport clients using your own reliable vehicle
• Use smartphone applications, email, and electronic documentation (including daily session notes)
• Collaborate with a 24 / 7 support team to ensure excellent client care
