CPA Vice President of Finance

A company is looking for a Vice President, Corporate Controller who will oversee accounting operations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and manage global accounting functions, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP

Implement and maintain internal controls and risk management systems

Provide leadership and strategic partnership to the global accounting team and executive leadership

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required

12+ years of accounting and finance leadership experience, preferably in public or high-growth private companies

Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and experience with consolidations and revenue recognition

Experience managing external audits and implementing internal controls

ERP implementation experience, preferably with NetSuite
