As a woodshop production associate you will be responsible for using raw and outsourced materials to make finished products for our clients.
You will also be responsible for :
Learning how to make flawless ADR products
Finishing your assigned work in a timely manner
Being a good steward over the materials you use
Speaking about and interacting positively with other team members, customers, and vendors
Being fully present while at work
Maintaining equipment
Complying with safety and regulatory codes
Success in this role will be determined on the following :
Production efficiency (e.g., expected vs actual)
Product quality rates (e.g., percentage of products meeting quality standards)
Inventory turnover rates
Equipment uptime and maintenance schedules
Safety incidents and compliance violations
Employee productivity and satisfaction
Qualifications for this role include experience in :
Understanding general woodworking principles - measuring, cutting, drilling, nailing, etc.
Using woodworking power tools - table saw, drills, impact drills, nail guns
