• A.S. Degree in Engineering (or related technical field) and 1 year of 2D & 3D CAD experience is at a minimum required
• Significant hands-on production floor experience in manufacturing is a must for this custom high-volume environment
• Pay is up to $70000
• Expertise in process development root cause analysis and continuous improvement is required
• 60-70% of the time is spent on the production floor (not a desk job)
• Full-time permanent salaried W-2 position
• No remote work as this is an on-site position
• Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
• Full benefits package
• Located in the Brookfield WI area
