Qualifications :

• BSEE or BSME Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience in Industrial Control Systems.
• Expertise in PLC-based control, HMI, and SCADA systems including Inductive Automation (Ignition), Rockwell, Wonderware, or Schneider.
• Over 10 years of industry experience, with 7 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Mastery in technical disciplines like electrical, mechanical, and controls.
• Proficient in risk management, mitigation practices, and budget management.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong customer relationships.
• Experience in matrix leadership and working with diverse teams across various locations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements while maintaining a high level of employee morale.
• Proven leadership in challenging project environments and exceptional communication skills.
