Descripción del trabajoMonday- Friday (half day Fridays for Admin) 8-5 pm. Some do half day at clinic at westover hills, and half at another clinic in Helotes (this will change as another General Cardiologist comes on board). Call Details : Monday - Thursday the general cardiologist will take their own ER call (This may change as another general candidate comes along)- They rotate every 4th - The APP's do help round but do not take call. On the weekends they all rotate so it generally will be 1 in 4 over weekends. Team of 4 currently 3 ICs (acquiring two more) and one additional role open. 1 General Cardiologist 2 NPs and 1 PA and working to add an additional 2 more. The extensive package contains :
- $500- $550,000 / year starting base salary Guarantee period , $57.60 / RVU when on productivity
- 100% paid Malpractice and tail
- Retirement funding with % match
- Relo and SignOn $ Bonus
- Student Loan Repayment at $125k ($25k per year) - if eligible
- Medical-health, Dental- and Vision 100% paid
- Over 1 month off per year, paid
