Material Coordinator

🕔 Schedule : Tuesday–Friday | 6 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

📍 Location : Hendersonville, TN

💲 Starting Wage : $21.05 - $24.15 / hour (based on experience)

📈 Bonus : Quarterly Profit Sharing AND Pay Increase Opportunity Twice Per Year!

What You'll Do

  • Keep production flowing by coordinating material movement in our warehouse
  • Operate stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move, stage, and ship electronics
  • Organize, track, and prepare high-value electronic materials for shipment to global customers
  • Maintain accurate data entry in Excel and warehouse systems
  • Collaborate with production and ITAD teams to support workflow and meet goals
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
  • What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of warehouse experience, including forklift operation
  • Comfortable with computers, Excel, and database entry
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
  • Bonus points if you have 2+ years of forklift / pallet jack experience, warehouse maintenance knowledge, or experience in a KPI-driven production environment
