The RN independently uses the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of patients. Uses information from a variety of sources to assess, plan, implement, identify outcomes and evaluate patient's plan of care.

This posting is for multiple openings of an Acute Care Resident RN - Medical Surgical

This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled

Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends & holidays as scheduled

Work Status Available

Per Diem / On Call, Day

Positions specified as

“on call / per diem”

refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an “as needed basis” to fill in for staff vacancies.

Required Qualifications :

Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Upon hire : Texas Registered Nurse License

• OR-

Texas Graduate Nurse Permit

Within 6 months of hire date : National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course

Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
