\nWe are seeking an experienced ICU Nurse for this specialized assignment at Glens Falls Hospital. Epic experience is mandatory —please ensure this is clearly noted on your profile to avoid delays. Immediate requirements include the submission of your New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License / Registration Certificate, which is essential for staffing during this temporary assignment. Please confirm that your agency can perform the full 14-panel drug screening within 24 hours of offer acceptance before submitting your candidate. The panel must include tests for Amphetamines (including methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Cocaine Metabolite, Opiates (including codeine, morphine, oxycodone, hydromorphone), Phencyclidine, Methadone, Methaqualone, Propoxyphene, Buprenorphine, and 6-Acetylmorphine.

All new and returning agency staff must complete required training from either Welle (welletraining.com) for Verbal De-escalation or Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) (crisisprevention.com). COVID vaccinations are encouraged but not mandatory.

Note : Requested time off (RTO) during the assignment must be documented and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload are not approved; a maximum of 5 days will be considered.

Dress Code : Personal scrubs of any color without designs or cartoons; no hoodies.
