At The Grout Medic of St. Petersburg , we’re a small, high-performing crew — not a corporate franchise. We treat people right and get rewarded for it.

We’re looking for technicians who can sell and produce — consider plumbers or HVAC technicians. You meet the homeowner, quote the job, do the work, and get paid for results — not just hours. If you don't like to sell, you can make a little less and still get rewarded.

If you can sell and produce, we’ll supply the tools, van, gear, insurance, leads, and helpers.

If you’re all talk OR can’t respect others — don’t apply. We have a no asshole rule policy.

Skills required :

Grouting / Regrouting

Caulking / Recaulking

Sealing grout with a 2" paint brush - walls, floors...sometimes ceilings

Water repair - removing tiles, adding backerboard, waterproofing, setting tiles, grouting

Replacing / Repairing tiles

Replacing shower pans
