FTE : 1.000000 Standard Hours : 40.00 Shift : Shift 1 Shift Details : Monday - Friday 8am - 4 : 30pm Job Summary : Under general supervision coordinates operations of the PASR team in a manner that facilitates efficient and patient focused scheduling of services. Coordinates education, workflow enhancement to ensure organizational objectives. Requires a focus on customer service during all patient and staff interactions.

Experience Description : A minimum of 3 years of prior experience as a receptionist / assistant or customer service field is required. A minimum of 3-5 years of prior informal or formal leadership experience is preferred. Experience in a medical / healthcare setting is preferred.

Education Description : High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Special Skills Description : Effective communication skills, oral and written required. Ability to multi-task. Strong proactive organizational skills a must. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word. Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Visio is preferred.
