Overview

We are seeking a Research Associate II with a biology focus to support assay activities for the Lotus Staining Platform in a regulated diagnostic environment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in histology, tissue staining, or IHC / ISH methods along with 2+ years of experience in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

  • Perform tissue staining and screening using automated slide stainers.
  • Support assay feasibility, characterization, verification, and validation studies
  • Execute bench experiments and contribute to assay troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records in compliance with GMP, GLP, and Design Control standards.
  • Prepare technical reports, summaries, and presentations of experimental results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in assay development and validation.

Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Biology or related Life Sciences field (required).
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years in a regulated industry (IVD, diagnostics, biotech, pharma, or medical device).
  • Technical Skills : Histology, IHC / ISH, or tissue staining experience; Familiarity with automated slide staining systems; Assay support, troubleshooting, and validation; Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation abilities.
