Job Summary :

Seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to provide expert nursing care and lead our team in delivering high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities :

• Provide individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care through the successful coordination and completion of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation processes.
• Develop, discuss, and communicate prioritized problem and plan of care for each patient.
• Document all patient care following departmental policies and procedures.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively with health care teams to achieve desired patient outcomes.

Requirements :

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred. Previous Ambulatory Care RN experience preferred.
